some weapon xml changes to fix small glitches animation issues

Fixed some error in the xml files that caused the wrong animation to be used instead of the custom one

new model and new textures

finaly finished the updated animation. I ended up making a whole new animation due to the blender file becoming currupted some how.

updated item file so that sword can be shielth agfain, as of beta 5 two handed weapons can not be shielthed so I had to edit the item to fix this issue
