Removed memey texture replacements

Fixed the nc > = 0 error.

Thanks to Krozbot for pointing it out and helping me find the cause. I had no idea some of my tiles could cause this error.

The error only appeared in fairly specific cases and was caused by an AI error due to an incorrect CAI file that a couple of my tiles used. These tiles include the main (empty) void tiles, as well as 1 or 2 others, I believe, and would only be triggered if the AI was calculating a jump over the tiles containing the error.

I pushed this update out early, so there are 3 unfinished tiles included that I was still working on, as well as 2 new finished ones. The unfinished tiles are marked as such in red subtext.
