One of Shanks Traits became obsolete, so I had to change his trait to make the mod work again
Provided descriptions of current civs and leaders.
Provided a list of upcoming civs for the mod.

Added Shanks as a playable civilization
Reverted Luffy's agenda to an agenda of another civ for now until I can figure out how to make a custom agenda that works.

Fixed a few spelling issues
The food chest now gives +2 gold to city instead of culture.
1000 Sunny's power has been reduced.
