  • Added madvehicle_targetvehicle (default: 0)
    If it's set to 1, a vehicle with a driver can also be a target of Mad Vehicle.
  • Added health amount check for VCMod.
    I don't have VCMod. So I'm not sure if it works fine.

Fixed spamming error when applying SCAR Abrams.
Added ConVars:

  • madvehicle_targetantlion(1) If set 0, Mad Vehicles won't target Antlion group.
    This also determines if they target Xen monsters in Half-Life.
  • madvehicle_targetcitizen(1) Same as above, but deal with citizens.
  • madvehicle_targetcombine(1) Combine forces(Soldiers, rollermines, hunters, turrets, etc).
  • madvehicle_targetmetropolice(1) Metropolices and manhacks.
  • madvehicle_targetzombie(1) Zombies.
  • madvehicle_targetmilitary(1) Human grunts, Assassins, Black Ops, etc.
  • madvehicle_targetother(1) Other NPCs, such as barnacles, ...
  • madvehicle_targetplayer(1) Players.
  • madvehicle_targetnextbot(1) Nextbots.

Added ConVars:
- madvehicle_enemyrange(4500) Mad Vehicle targets an enemy within this range.
- madvehicle_detectionrange(30) A vehicle within this distance will become mad.
