Tweaked workshop tags

Added steam workshop tags

* Fixed physical appearance of replicator

* Replicator name tag is now orange to match other crafting benches

* Replicator now uses new replicate button on UI rather than being automatic
This is to reduce lag, improve player feedback and prevent accidental item consumption.

* Liquids can now be replicated

* Perfectly Generic Items can now be used as a 1K Voxel

* Added a Cheat Replicator that can replicate without using voxels
Use the command "/spawnitem isn_blockreplicator_cheat" to get it.
