Some QoL (#3457)
Fixed Tinkerer Laser Contraption interrupting Huskar Life Break during leap.
Fixed Monkey King Tree Dance cast range stuff.

* Polarizing Palm renamed to Repulsive Palm
* Aghanim Shard ability simplified from Way of the Ki to Ki Attraction. Ki Attraction pulls the target and affect's target's damage output.
* Aghami Shard ability hotkey changed to E.
* Flurry of Blows can now be cancelled 1 second after activation.
* Flurry of Blows cooldown reduced from 85 to 80 seconds.
* Flurry of Blows cooldown will now start when flurry ends or when cancelled.

Trusty Shovel update:
* Changed when you can dig out Sustain elixir and Hybrid elixir.

Angel Wings small vision nerf (#3456)
* Angel Wings' bonus vision reduced from 600 to 200.

Hero Selection improvements (#3447)

Some fixes and Magus update (#3445)

1) Duels now also remove:
- Bloodstone buff
- Bloodstone drained debuff
- Treant Protector Overgrowth (when it's undispellable with the talent)
- Dagger of Moriah active buff
- Reflex Core invulnerability

2) Magic Lamp proc now also removes:
- Bloodstone drained debuff
- Treant Protector Overgrowth (when it's undispellable with the talent)

3) Fixed some custom movement based abilities (e.g. Sohei Dash) not working when under Centaur Stampede debuff while Centaur has Aghanim scepter.

4) Magus modifier:
* Fixed Magus modifier proccing on the center of the map for point target abilities. Primarily fixed for Viper Nose Dive, Invoker Sunstrike and Storm Spirit Ball Lightning. This should also fix Juggernaut Healing Ward and Witch Doctor Maledict being global.
* Disabled Monkey King Tree Dance, Monkey King Primal Spring, Ember Spirit Activate Fire Remnant.
* Clinkz Burning Barrage now has a 5% chance to proc.
* Monkey King Boundless Strike chance to proc increased from 5% to 25%.
* Enabled Storm Spirit Ball Lightning again.

KV and tooltip fixes (#3433)

* Fixed Omniknight's aghanim shard tooltip description not showing.
* Fixed Weaver Time Lapse tooltip not showing cast point scaling.
* Fixed Chen's aghanim scepter tooltip description not showing.
* Removed 'HasScepterUpgrade' line from non-custom abilities. This means aghanim scepter tooltips will now be mostly the same as in vanilla dota. Valve will take care of them.
* Some KV fixes related to CalculateSpellDamageTooltip.
* Highlighted Abaddon's aghanim scepter tooltip description because it's different from vanilla dota.
* Highlighted Beastmaster's aghanim shard differences from vanilla dota in the tooltips.
* Highlighted Broodmother's Spawn Spiderlings tooltip description because it's different from vanilla dota.

Lua scripts and structure improvements (#3420)

* Updated .luacheckrc
* Deleted barebones libraries that are full of bugs (outdated) or obsolete.
* Deleted keyvalues library because there is a built-in api for that now.
* Removed a lot of unused variables in a lot of scripts with the help of luacheck.
* Improved a lot of scripts (removed 'variable overshadowing' where possible) with the help of luacheck.
* Fixed Spooky Ghost Spirit Siphon working when units involved are dead.

November modifier update (#3434)

Chaos modifier: Removed 2x Multiplier from all modifier pools.
Chaos modifier: Added Healer modifier to mid-game and late-game modifier pools for heroes that can benefit from it.
2x Multiplier is now a standalone hero modifier.
Improved 2x Multiplier to ignore some abilities (abilities that provide damage reduction and some abilities that could cause a crash)
Improved 2x Multiplier to ignore some key-values that could cause lag or confusion.
Maybe fixed the no-mana bug when losing 'Blood Magic' modifier. I couldn't reproduce the bug so I don't know for sure.
Fixed the bug related to Aghanim's scepter being weird when losing 'Aoe/Radius Increase' modifier.
New hero modifier: Hybrid - Every time you attack you gain bonus spell amp, every time you cast a spell you gain bonus attack damage.
Chaos modifier: Added Hybrid modifier to mid-game and late-game modifier pools.
Chaos modifier: 'Roshan's Bash' changed to 'Roshan's Body' = Roshan's Bash + Roshan's Spell Block.




Poop wards changes (#3435)

* Poop sentry ward duration reduced from 6 to 3 minutes.
* Poop ward reveal radius increased from 150 to 250.


Increase passive GPM and XPM on 10v10 map (#3436)

Small boss changes (#3437)

* Lycan Tier 5 boss Claw Attack damage reduced from 25000 to 10000.
* Lycan boss attack damage now matches their Claw Attack damage. (Lycan boss still cant attack when taunted)
* Charger Tier 5 attack damage increased from 5000 to 7500.
* Charger Tier 5 will no longer spawn in base boss pits.
* Skelly Tier 5 armor increased from 40 to 43.
* Skelly Tier 5 disable resistance increased from 50% to 80%.
* Temple Guardian attack damage now matches their Hammer Smash damage.
* Twin (melee) max attack damage reduced from 5500 to 5000.
* Shielder boss will no longer spawn on 1v1 map. Twins or Bear boss will spawn instead.
* New tier 5 boss that can spawn in base boss pits is Big Bird - no unique abilities for now.
