Moved destroying of initially unclaimed older than 1h from buff to CCA in hopes that it works better.
Further optimised how it applies global dino buff on tamed.
Griffin and Phoenix should hopefully retain their gender on server restarts.
Changed how Command Gun kills initially unclaimed creatures, hopefully this works properly in-game and not just in devkit :p
Removed Ankylo tweaks (no longer needed).

Fixed issue with 175% speed buff not giving the option to change speed (Alt+Q).
Added most dinos (before Lost Island) to get the Global dino buff by default (handles things like Dino Snack auto-eating).
Kill dino function will now show name of selected dino if it has one.
NV Fish Basket back to being child of regular Fish Basket and can now be used to tame Shadowmane.
Reduced crafting requirements and time for Statwipe.
Added warning to NV Re-Fertilizer that it cannot be used as fuel for Hatchery.
