Change the spawn methods of disabled critters, from "remove" to "spawnChance:0", hopefully this will prevent crash.

Fixed ocean.biome.patch, toxic.biome.patch, and artic.biome.patch where chocobos were patched instead of dopefishes.

Removed morecritters.treasurepools.patch so people can still spawn the disabled critters without soft crashing.
