Scripts seem to have broken over time so I have touched them up and gotten everything back in order.

Finally bothered to adjust scripting zones to properly cover wallet trays.

Adjusted Houses and Hotels to have limited quantity. I left the infinite bags at the bottom of the regular bags if you want to keep building.

Also, reorganized the bank and some other minor tweaks.
