Update: 7 Dec, 2017 @ 12:31pm

-Updated for 1.9

Update: 21 Sep, 2017 @ 6:44pm

-Updated to 1.8 (Synthetic Dawn)
-Supports Machine Intelligences, with their own version of the civic: Command Nodes
-Machine Intelligences have their own elite army path. You get better ones when you take the Synthetic Age perk.
-Placeholder icon for Command Nodes until I get around to making one.

Update: 1 Jul, 2017 @ 1:48pm

-Added a new civic: Fleet Nodes. It's the Hive Mind version of Lasting Monuments and allows them to build ruler ships, stations, and armies with the rest of the galaxy.
-Buffed the availability of ruler ships/stations/armies. Every ten years you can build another one, which brings other government types in line with Democracy when it comes to building oversized ships (plus it gives you a reason to actually hang on to the civic once you've built everything).

Update: 13 May, 2017 @ 1:43am

-Small update that gives the Lasting Monuments civic its own unique icon.

Update: 11 May, 2017 @ 6:03pm

Added three new elite guard armies specific to each ascension path:
-The psionic path's army has less health than the others, but has very high morale and morale damage.
-The synthetic path's army has more health than the others but does little morale damage (and they're robots, so they *shouldn't* experience any morale difficulties. Tell me if they do and I'll try to figure it out).
-The genetic path's army has health that is in-between the others, and is a balance between them.

Every army has stats that are better than the armies they are based on, as is fitting a ruler's personal guard. They're unlocked when you take the first perk in an ascension path (and they replace the default guard army).

Update: 9 May, 2017 @ 2:54pm

"Update" so that this mod doesn't display as out-of-date in the launcher.

Update: 4 May, 2017 @ 3:53pm

After I uploaded the last update I realized that Brutus (the person who requested this feature) might not want every ship in his navy to have the buff. As such, I made another event to cover that.

oversized.1 is an event that will apply the ruler_ship modifier to event ship in the currently selected fleet (including other empires' fleets).

oversized.2 is an event that will apply the ruler_ship modifier to every navy ship in the empire you're playing.

Note that it still can't distinguish between actual ruler ships and the ones it added the modifier to, so you'll still have extra-rulery ruler ship.

Update: 4 May, 2017 @ 3:30pm

Added an event - oversized.1 - that puts the ruler ship modifier on all of your navy ships. (This includes regular ruler ships, so they'll get a huge bonus to firepower and survivability!)

When you run the event it flags every ship that it put the modifier on so that way repeatedly using the event doesn't give a doom corvette when you just want the rest of your navy to be up to speed.

Update: 14 Apr, 2017 @ 3:31pm

-Added Elite Guard Armies to the mod! They're now included under the "Lasting Monuments" civic like the other features of this mod.
-Redid the decription for Lasting Monuments so everything isn't lumped under the "Effects" part of it.

Update: 6 Apr, 2017 @ 3:08pm

Updated to 1.5 Banks.
-The mod is now in the form of a civic that is availalbe to anyone except hive minds.
-The actual gameplay of it is unchanged.
