Promethean Weapon Functionality
+ Promethean weapons now disintigrate pawns they kill
- DO NOT USE PROMETHEAN WEAPONS FOR HUNTING. YOU WILL STARVE.
- Humanlike pawns will drop any weapons they are carrying before they are disintigrated. Clothes are lost.
- Promethean weapons do not disintigrate corpses. You can't cheese them instead of cremating/burying dead.

New Bugs!
+ Promethean Cannon doesn't disintigrate targets for some reason. I don't know why, and it's really annoying. I'll figure it out eventually. Probably.

Compatability Fix
+ Fixed an issue that was preventing EDB PrepareCarefully from working properly.
- This issue was caused by the hediffGiver I created to allow for explosions at the pawn's position.
- Super combustion should now also work on Mechanoids, though I'm not completely sure because I haven't tested it.
