Fix description

Update mod to work with current API
Make "time of month" creep spawn 10 times a second, you can actually use it combatively now
Add "spotting" - brown tears with same damage as time of month, chance scales with negative luck (100% of the time at -5 luck)
General code improvements

No change

Created new item image because I felt the old one looked too big; cooldown time increased to 14 seconds

Changed the name from "Menopause" to "Menstruation", as the former was the wrong word lol

Slightly better picture (I hope people don't think of that one popsicle when they look at this)

Fixed capitalization of in-game item

Fixed item spawning on new game
