An Attempt to fix the randomness factor and to locate Tyrone in order to make him sit on a coconut.
Also, Changes to Stopwatch and pill effects. Stop watch lasts till your next boss and so do pill effects (so use them wisely!).

Attempt to fix a crash while deleting saved data on certain system configurations. Added a "Boss spawning" message so new players know whats comming and dont get monstro-spawned in the face.

Removed teleport items and revives(I dont like revives, they kill the survival aspect)...I may readd them if I manage to make them not broken for the mod (9 lives is the less likely to make a comeback tho).
