Added message that tells your current weapon tier.
Fixed cycling through spawns bug.
Decreased the chance of spawning a tier 1 weapon.

Added a player counter ( shows how many people are still alive )

You can now press the Use button ( F by default ) to change your spawn position.

Improved UAV for last 2 players.
