Internal Patch for Rimsenal.
Tweaked the Vanilla Turrets.
Slight changes to the Assault Rifle and the Sniper Rifle.

Only the core Rimsenal for now. Other version likely coming soon.

Intergrated a patch for Metro Armory. No additional downloads needed. If it's installed, the mod should adjust the stats of those weapons to fit this mod.

Worked fine for me, but if there are any problems, be sure to let me know in the comments.

1.0 Apparently added armor penetration for the charge rifle. Added the value into the mod.

Changed some values. Most notably, slightly lowered the sniper rifle damage, increased the damage of the charge lance, ect.

- Sniper rifle damage lowered slightly.
- Sniper rifle range 87 -> 55.

A lot of people think that sniper rifles are a little bit too powerful, so decided to nerf them. Let me know is this any better or I should revert the changes?
