Fixed a recurring bug where the high level voxel recipes wouldn't show up. Was due to me being an idiot and using the wrong folder for the recipes. My bad, but it's fixed now!

Updated to 2.4:
- Repriced everything, pretty much. All the medprinter, liquidation reactor, and both of the ore printer prices.
- Added coal, diamonds, ferozium, tungsten, and durasteel. I had forgotten to add them when I updated it initially, apparently.
