Fixed to better match changes made to the gamemode txt file in the most recent update of L4D2

Slightly reduced the safe and fatal fall speeds. For reference, originally with this addon installed, if you ever played the 2019 campaign and walk off the ledge from the highest point you can from the apartment as you leave through the broken window, you get incapped. Now that would straight up kill you, but from the lowest point in that same area, you can survive with 14 health if at 100.
