fixed Magical Light (which already only had 1 rank from the previous change) cost to -1 per level so it costs 0 to get initially for saves with the mod activated from before the change

Gave everyone free magic light because to truly min-max, you must turn up your monitor's brightness and forego torches, which is what I was doing, which isn't fun. You are free to not use it.

Also made everything that was "self and neighbors" instead be "all allies". This means all the bard songs and the paladin stuff. The positional requirement is limiting in an awkward way that I think shouldn't be part of the game's design, especially since there isn't a particularly diverse party positioning map.

A character learning spells in many different categories caused LoX to get stuck on loading screens. I've reduced the number of categories by merging some, so this should no longer happen. It's a bug with LoX though and this is just a workaround.

had accidentally set 3 high-level bard spells to cost 2 skill points instead of 3 and 4 on Gaulen; now fixed to the correct 3 and 4
