- Added a Tutorial UI [Y]

Balancing:
- Everything changed, this is a reset. The balance patchnotes start now.
- Removed class specific stats since they caused problems with leveling up.

Balance:
- Boomerang +70% damage
- Tank Revolver now behaves like the regular one in terms of damage and spray. 65 base damage
- Tank item weight lowered. (full equipment: 500)

Minor fixes:
- Sleeping bag can't be repaired (removes clutter from hud), decay 2x speed
- Changed Primitive to (P) in item description to remove clutter
- Reduced cooked meat crafting time

Introducing Class Buffs/Nerfs:
Destroyer: -25 stamina
Hunter: +10% movement, +10 stamina
Marksman: -10 stamina
Ninja: +15% movement
Storm: /
Tank: +25hp, -10%movement
Toxic: -5% movement
