Added a few things that were requested:
- Spawn bots by pressing use + attack (e + left mouse for me) - Thanks to DidUKnowIPwn for the code
- Added an option to enable/disable enhanced movement

Known bugs:
- Showing some players as "teammates" and displaying them on the radar, hope to have this fixed in the next update
