- set camera focus to vehicle when in seats
- update platforms to 1.3 standard

all damage stage textures working
all damage effects working
added death chunks
fix primary attack animation timing
make primary attack fire multiple shots & slight spread
add lots of passenger platforms
add preliminary warp in/out animation
