Major re-haul of this blueprint

Changes in this update:

- removed one of the docking bays and replaced it with a large SV docking area large enough for 4 SVs or a CV.
- created a tunnel that connects the SV docking area with the depot.
- created a SV that works inside the tunnel that can be used to transport items from ship to depot and back.
- did some remodeling inside the depot
- did some remodeling in the living quarters
- did some remodeling in the basement/utility area
- remodeled the other docking bay to be a repair bay. removed the hangar door for easy fly in and out
- changed the quantity and variety of turrets

Corrected some textures missed in living quarters and utility room.
