Update 2.0 Changelog

-Added 4 more tiers of Relocators.

-Added a glow effect representitive of the materials used for the specific relocator.

-Updated the recipe for the super relocator to require the vanilla relocator

Updated the tool to a darker color scheme and changed the pods within to be more distinct so you can see more clearly how many creatures you have.

Updated collection beam location. It was off by quite a bit.
