Fixed an issue with prestige. Tweaked the in-game description.

In this release...

1. You may now place up to three information booths per tower (increased from one).
2. A greater variety of visitors may choose to visit the information booth.
3. The purchase price has been adjusted up from the subsidised $150 to a more appropriate range of $500 - $2000 and is determined by your chosen difficulty level.
4. Your tower will now need a population of 10 or more to place the information booth.

Now attracts extra visitors during the day,
Is considered 'pretty' to tenants who are immediately adjacent,
Will slightly boost your prestige level,
and you are restricted to having a maximum of one information booth.
