Removed the DLC requirement for those who have the Patreon versions. This mod does nothing without the Frozen Factory DLC!

* Molybdenum and Chromium only take twice as much ore as the other ores, instead of four times as much.
* Magnetic and Chromed Machine Blocks only take 2 bars, rather than 8.
* T4 bars no longer take twice as much ore in the Blast Furnace as they do in an ARC smelter (T1 and T2 bars never did). WARNING: There is a (vanilla) bug with the Blast Furnace that is causing them to ignore the ore/resources difficulty settings!
