Update 08.10.2018 to 1.5.*

Sorry for not updating for a year, I have been absent from the computer for a while, but noticed people had been wanting an update for while so here you go.

Paradox have apparently added a bunch off new countries which I have not added new names for yet, some I did. I also edited a couple names but nothing major. For some unknown reason British Raj and Canada doesnt get their custom names, probably something from the British update a while back that has impacted other files than I have touched. I'll try figure this out some day when I have a few hours to spend.'
