fixed stuck in sit anim when in vehicle (now doggo shall board vehicle when you do)
MFR dog preview only:
added stealth move when owner is stealth behaviour
added pet animation from preview for dog when you pet her
disabled ai pathing (since MFR dog uses actual unit simulation rather than agent without collision)

tweaked such that triggers with players in area that are repeatable will only add doggo once per module; intent that only one doggo is added per module. Now one can create trigger area to spawn K9s for entire team that walk into the area.
fixed doggo that is placed as module without owner (i.e. not synced with anything) will not run off into oblivion.

Damage system overhaul:
added bite attack that forces enemy to ground and attacks only limbs
if she is in full hair missile mode (hustle), she will mow the enemy over

Known issue: addactions may not occur in all cases (no errors thrown nor cannot determine cause) more than likely when two or more modules are used
