A certain Tournament event caused problems in certain instances, which has now been fixed
Republics have been buffed
Defensive Pagans get better access to piety troops
Nomad Population increases a bit slower now
Slight Fair event changes, less OP
Host adventurers have been slighted for Vikings and Nomads in favor of Raiding Adventurers

Just realized I forgot to make revolt risk 4% for wrong rligious group holding when I made this mod 2.7 compatable
