AI should upgrade MUCH better now that I finally told it what to upgrade TO. Boy is my face red.

Downside is that I have to clutter up the ship designer with multiple copies of the STL drives for each FTL theory tech you discover, so the AI knows which FTL to upgrade to.

Had to revert submod back to being standalone. If you want vanilla one FTL only mechanics or the galaxy setting restriction on FTL to work, use that mod not this one.

Oh, and I set the FTL weight back down to 30 per the original design. AI still gets a weight of 90 instead fo 60 though.

Inserted a hyphen in the mod's name to force correct load order for the vanilla style one FTL only / hyperlane only submod

- Renamed submod from players to Players so that override works properly
- Practical techs now depend on tier 1 physics labs again, so that researching lab 2 didn't cause you to automagically draw every practical drive you'd unlocked at the next tech draw regardless of the odds against that.
- FTL weight boosted a bit to make up for dependency on physics lab 1
- AI now gets 3 times the chance to draw FTL, so they really should start getting and using it before you do at least SOME of the time.

Adjusted ship class restrictions on STL drives for player and AI such that player should no longer see 2 of each drive for any ship.

1.6 update, now 2 STL drives, revised prereqs for FTL, pirates, cultists and anomaly ships hopefully fixed.

1.5 update, with trial run at fixing pirates to only fire after FTL. Let me know if it works and I'll mod events for cults and shipyards and any other event ships.
