Hopefully fixed hammers.

Made axes and hammers faster to basically get rid of the annoying wind up.

Pretty sure I fixed spears, axes, and hammers. Added them back into the mod.

Took out hammers and axes for same reason I took out spears. Will remain so until I find a way to fix them if possible.

Took out spears due to them getting stuck after attacking with them.

Initial Release: Changes cooldown of melee attacks for all melee weapons.
