Completly redone mod from the ground up.

- Removed Hackish respawn .cinematic files
- Removed Old frames
- Removed ESC to skip prompt

+ Added compleatly custom .respawn files
+ Added Heart Images and "But it refused" text frames

No longer 10+ Megs of file size
Curse my ways of not compressing images, no matter how small.
