Fixed Tracers hidden recipes

- Made Moonlight Greatsword less rounded and darker as suggested by Azrin
- Estus now go from +0 to +7, now require gold bar to craft the Estus Flask +0 and pixels (as suggested by Nomad Bal) which, if you download my other mod will be instead souls.
- Deleted my crappy Dragonslayer Spear and replaced by the one made by NetImmerse.
- Added Dark Silver Tracer and Gold Tracer.

- Added a bunch of very special paintings. Craft them at the Workbench.

Fixed bandage, salve, medkit and nanowrap crash

- Added Bonfire.
- Added Estus Flasks.
- Added Weapons: Zweihander (1/2handed), Dragonslayer Spear, Black Knight Glaive.
- Added Shield: Grass Crest Shield.

Nerfed Giants Armor.

Added 4 new armor sets and Sunlight Maggot made by Captain_Slowpoke.
Anvil of Artorias fixed and functional by Ace of Fours. Now you can craft everything from here instead of the default Anvil.

Added 'Smough's Hammer', 'Moonlight Greatsword'.
Added a vanity version of each armor without any stats.

Added 'Artorias Greatsword (1 handed)', 'Great Shield of Artorias', 'Mask of the Father', 'Mask of the Mother', 'Mask of the Child'.
Added more damage to Greatsword of Artorias.
