Damage output of all pilot machine guns reduced by 30%
Fire rate of Plasma Rifles increased from 1.33 to 2
Range of Plasma Rifles reduced from 2000 to 500

Overall damage tweaked so that the plasma rifle isn't so underwhelming. The machine gun was doing more damage as was.

CRA machine guns turned green.

Pilot speed decreased by 20% in an attempt to give Scavs a better fighting chance.
