Weapon tweaks

Made abandoned CCA units more friendly once you get to know them

Made charge navs get re-dropped if they are destroyed

Fixed an issue where a charge would sometimes get dropped into a canyon

Fixed an issue causing a turret to get stuck

-Weapon range, damage and priority fixes
-Fixed several lua errors
-Added 5 or 6 seconds to all long briefings to increase readability
-Decreased difficulty on several objectives (especially that one spot - you know the one)
-Decreased general AI difficulty
-Fixed a cinematic
-Increased clarity on several objectives
-Fixed Burns sometimes getting stuck while trying to patrol
-Removed Bolt Buddy, added Flash Gun
-Fixed Save/Load functionality (probably for good?)
