- Attempt at packing, have a good feeling about it this time! Confirming: post patch notes, still doesn't work

- Removed Frontline Dumpster model because there were issues packing it

- Fixed ammo kit on RED not having an overlay

- Missed note from last patch: Added an info_observer to the level

-Added detail around the level

-Added overlays under pickups

-Raised height of team colored pillars to better indicate that they are out of bounds

-Optimized map somewhat by replacing unseen textures to nodraw

-Chromeo has been packed correctly (confirming. Post Patch notes: Does not work)
