universe_server.config.patch
It will test for the path it would remove before attempting to do so. Just in case that path had already been removed.

celestial.config.patch
Frackin Universe
- Added a missing from the pool planet.
- Removed a different one that is no longer in FU's generation pool.

- Changed Star Names in the cockpit to be a bit more informative.
- Stellar threat levels altered, Starting at 2 around Brown Dwarf and Red Stars, and increasing by 1 as you get hotter.
- Adjusted Universal Generation, hotter stars should be more common.
- Moon orbits adjusted slightly, double/triple planets should be a bit more rare in comparison.
