[FrackinUniverse] Superdense Planets fanned out more Planet Pools to be less absurd, or in Superdense's case possibly actually spawn for once.

Bounty Update + Rebalance

- Bounty Ranks tied to Star Temps (Low ranks are restricted to the colder stars, almost like being stationed in Antarctica!)

- Universe Generation Perlin Noise set to vanilla variables as it seemed more clustery than what I had.
- Irradiated, Spicy, Frigid, Dark Planetary Belts axed for being far too redundant but not completely removed internally.
