Bug fixing in general.

Minimacrochips: These were being ignored by new remote input and output nodes before. Fixed.

Macrochip circuit name
A new macrochip will begin with a randomly generated XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX name.

Macrochip Wizard
Provides a few more hints and isn't as incessant as he was before regarding wiring - he'll comment on such if you try to make some invalid links instead.

Remote Input/Output Node Component Categories
When placing a new Remote Node component, you can cycle through detected Remote categories whilst holding down the Alt key. This will then limit your selection on Remote names accordingly.

Logic circuit prioritization
Rather than calculating the whole circuit each tick, macrochips will check components such as Main Inputs, timers and the like to see if their outputs have changed before calculating the rest of the circuit as well. Hopefully this should improve speed.
