This is a partial release of Freight Carts Ver 8. It includes critical bug fixes. Interface related changes below are still in progress and are not supported.
Fixed crash on freight cart derailing.
Updated FreightCartStation write to include registries for stations that did not connect with their mass storage crate. This may address some of the instances of stations forgetting their freight settings!
Fixed carts auto-assigning to stations that are on separate track systems.
Improved cart auto-assignment.
Hopefully fixed NRE in the TryAssignCart on startup. Please let me know!

Added self craft recipe for junctions

Added debug to station loading to report out when it loads with default configuration. This will identify if the entity data is failing to load in when the configuration is lost.

Added a mission for Freight cart derailment to match vanilla. This should help identify missing cart issues. Logging has also been improved when a cart derails.

Placed a cap on auto-triggered network rebuilding to prevent potential cases where carts spam rebuilds by confusing each other.
Carts that are lost will forget their destination so they can pick a new one they can navigate to.
