[NEW] Added spawn protection volume for Allies in Objective D (Courtyard) for when the first three objectives have yet to be captured
[NEW] Added spawn protection volume for Axis in the valleys and north passage when the first three objectives have been captured

[CHANGE] Capture time of Objective D (Courtyard) increased from 15 seconds to 25 seconds
[CHANGE] Adjusted ammo resupply volume in Objective C (Tower) to not encompass the entire floor

[FIX] Corrected a terrain exploit that allowed Axis easier access to the southern entrance of Objective D (Courtyard)
