Fixed alot of bugs with the void hopper, and feeding hiveminds...

Fixed more bugs with the new sharing feature
and made it so they share 50%/50% instead of based on slots

if a 100 slot normal hopper has 100 items in it. and you place an 1000 OT hopper next to it.
They will share 50/50
meaning they will try to hold as much percent of the items as possible:
the 100 slot hopper will now have 10 items (10%)
the 1000 slot hopper will now have 90 items (9%)
