Moved all hoppers to the API
Added a 100 slot hopper
Changed the Custom Hopper Recipe
Fixed Modlog (no more shit)
Added support for floating colors in the API
Removed Custom Hopper storage limits
Hoppers no longer gets removed by SuperBuild (Im very sorry this wasent fixed earlier...)

Fixed more bugs with the new sharing feature
and made it so they share 50%/50% instead of based on slots

if a 100 slot normal hopper has 100 items in it. and you place an 1000 OT hopper next to it.
They will share 50/50
meaning they will try to hold as much percent of the items as possible:
the 100 slot hopper will now have 10 items (10%)
the 1000 slot hopper will now have 90 items (9%)
