Changed the image hosting to steam cloud to hopefully resolve some loading issues for some people


Some minor changes include:
-Fixed property cards displaying as "Velvet Room" when placed in a player's hand

-Fixed money appearing as white cards when placed in a player's hand

-Added snap points to "Arcana Chance" and "Shuffle Time" just to make life easier
