Fixed Thrid Person View
Mobile Base Raft can now be build up to 20 foundations wide

fixed glitching into rafts on all rafts
reset all acceleration & rotation back to default values
fixed speedhunter speed to 200% speed instead of 450%
added 10 more placeable structures to speedhunter
adjusted crafting costs per raft to make it more balanced
