Modified the crosshair code slightly so with servers with some lag it should not keep the aiming bar on when releasing right mousebutton, and sometimes when unmounting should not leave the HUD and crosshairs up anymore

Added movement adjustment, you now have 2 speeds half and full by pressing forward once, turn is with strafing buttons (a and d), mouse controls camera, right mouse button brings up aiming reticle, left mouse button fires cannons on the side with aiming reticle
