plz fix it

I know the feeling, as far as the internet situation goes. I had nothing but LTE for the last month and a half. Literally just got my internet back on a couple days ago. I really miss the days when you could be certain that you were going to be able to get a service, and keep it going indefinitely.

Hi there Mephilis78, thanks for leaving a comment. You are right, I haven't been active in the world of ark modding for a very long time. Hopefully in the next week I will finally have a cabled fiber internet installed instead of relying on a really bad LTE connection. I have recently made the switch to Linux (although I still have a windows 10 partition available for things only windows - like the dev kits). I want to finally get this mod running again when I can update the dev kit when the internet goes in and when I get the time - real life takes priority at the moment. Regarding your suggestions, yep its possible to bring over the stuff from Atlas, but there is an issue I won't go into at the moment (plus I have to get the Atlas dev kit also to do anything like that - another 400GB I'd imagine).
So, to answer whats next - well, lets see what the next few weeks bring.

I realize it's been many years since you've worked on this, but I have an idea that may make it possible to revive this project. You have to games that play on basically the exact same engine. Atlas and Ark. In fact the games are so close that the world is still labeled "PrimalEarth" in Atlas. It might be possible to import ships and ship parts from Atlas to Ark... perhaps we can get the water physics transferred as well.... I don't know how that works though, so it may just be impossible.

What's the scoop on this, it's been 2 months now, any progress?

So after long periods of internet outage (which still seems prevelent every few weeks) and currently being out of work again I don't have alot of time to look at this mod, however thanks to the support of friends and their comments, it has urged me to look at this mod again. Currrently it is broken with the latest update of ark, I'm planning on rebuilding it from the ground up with my original ideas to move forward. To all the supporters who have tried this out, I hope you will like what is coming.

To all - I'm suffering internet problems again with my ISP, unfortunately they are the only supplier in my area so I have to be very careful what I say (despite me wanting to tell them where to go), just got over a week with no internet. I want to start again once I update the pack
