Unnumerable changes. To briefly cover some:


-Added Horde tech group and government back, plus new Tribal tech group
-Reworked tribal governments; Tribes now use CoP reform/confederation mechanics and Hereditary Tribe is a direct upgrade
-Removed the Huguenot and Zwinglianist religions, subsuming them all back under Reformed
-Added Finnic paganism and the Catholique religion, representing adherents to the Avignon Papacy
-Gave Paulicianism unique Icons for those with Third Rome; Lollard now has alignments unique from Waldensian
-Remastered the Deity GFX for Baltic and Finnic to not look like garbage
-Rebalanced many of the Deity bonuses to be more consistent and less OP
-Overhauled Reform Desire. It now starts with Popular Theology in the early 1400s and follows the normal track
-Anabaptism is no longer spread from a wave of CoRs but from special events for Anabaptist revolts
-Bosanska has returned to its original name Bogomilist and now exists from the 1054 start
-The six early heresy waves have been turned into DHEs rather than RD-based events, linked to various things
-Added an event chain for the Babylonian Captivity of the Papacy and the 1378 Schism
-Added associated history changes, E.G. Savoy starts in 1444 following antipope Felix
-History overhaul to the Lowlands post-1477, making it much more historically accurate rather than just falling directly to Austria and Spain
-Total history overhaul to the pre-1204 starts; the HRE now starts in 1054 with over 100 more princes than previously
-Eastern Monarchy now shifted into a totally unique government for Byzantium. Hungary and Poland no longer start with it, as they have been historically split into more vassalships and decentralized unions
-Filled in all non-mountain wastelands, IE in Anatolia and Russia, adding over 50 new provinces, a new trade node, new superregion, etc.
-Two new Beyliks, Tavas and Ladik, exist, plus about a dozen Russian principalities, and dozens more new Baltic tribal tags
-Lithuania, no longer existing from the start, is now formable
-Brandenburg is finally formable
-It is now impossible to fabricate claims on Primitives, one must crusade them, use a mission, another CB, etc.
-Overhauled the ruler/government history of most tribal nations in Frisia, Wendland, Baltic, etc.
-Added two new Irish tags, Dublin and Cork, plus a new province
-Tweaked history of the Isles again, Mann starts as independent.
-Added several new Norman Italian tags for the other Norman baronies
-Switched the County of Sicily to use the Trinacria tag before 1130
-Removed prelimary Saxony/Swabia/Tuscany collapse events from the last update
-Overhauled history of HRE electors; it now always remains at 7 rather than wildly vacillating
-Pfalzgraviate starts as an elector rather than Worms(gau), and never becomes a Nondynastic Monarchy
-Fixed several dynasties, e.g. von Tyrol -> von Tirol and de Bouillon -> d'Ardenne
-Split several more jure-uxoris unions, e.g. Bar in 1054
-RD now has a special system where it is properly balanced by the amount of Catholic tags in the world
-Added many flavor events to the new governments - Italian Commune events, Byzantine Monarchy events, Swiss Canton events, etc.
-Added flavor events for the piracy idea group
-Added DHEs for England to become an English Monarchy, the Papacy to leave the HRE, etc.
-Finally added the event for the rise of the Anatolian Beyliks around 1300
-Added six new Ni sets: Lucca, Florence, Orange, Ventimiglia, Loon, and Piombino
-Added events for Turkish factions finally, plus rebalances and influence gain changes
-Changed Ottoman Gov to a general Turkish gov, and gave it to all Beyliks
-Added a set of three factions for Abbacy governments, plus associated events (Benedictines, Cluniacs, Cistercians)
-Gave Sweden and Russia proper modifiers for their offscreen land rather than shoehorned NIs, plus Rum gained the same.
-Fixed various minor UI bugs, like the Exploit Dev tab being missing, the Consecrate Metropolitan/Pasha bars being totally messed up, State menus of foreign countries looking weird, etc.
-Upped the final Reformation CoR count to 8 max, plus made them stronger
-Made England more likely to go Anglican
-Added several new missions, e.g. mission for Apulia to conquer Sicily, mission for Hungary to conquer Styria in 1200s, etc.
-Fixed Sicily not using Sizilien NIs while the Hohenstaufens rule it
-Removed the 'Enforce Fief' restriction from most CBs as apparently it made it so you can't promise land
-Changed Sicily's starting war in 1248 to be a Coalition War so they can't take land
-Rebalanced some Age abilities, nerfed England's 25% Morale and Brandenburg's 15% all power cost
-Added sanity check to Age of Reformation so it can't fire before 1490
-Removed the strait between Corsica and Sardinia
-Added several Ibadi provinces in inland Africa at the early start date
-Removed several unnecessary Bookmarks
-Shuffled around Religion GFX quite a bit due to the removal of Huguenot
-Overhauled Islamic tag flags, including formulaic flags for all Taifas and Qadits
-Slight changes to flags of the Commonwealth and Trinacria to be more consistent
-Improved Culture names/surnames further, mostly in the Baltic
-Added several Bulgarian tags and tweaked Bulgarian history, including adding the Lovech pseudo-state that survived past 1444, and a dedicated tag for the crusader duchy of Philippopolis
-Fixed the 'conquer Albania' mission being available even when Durazzo exists
-Fixed later start dates like 1444 having insanely high Army Professionalism
-Hundreds of minor history fixes, along the lines of giving someone a proper birth-year or removing a duplicate ruler

-Overhauled names and surnames in the same for all Prussian states, Zamgali, and Yotvingia
-Completely overhauled cultures.txt; added and fixed tons of dynasties and first names in it. All individual cultures have totally unique dynasties now (applies to Custom Nations and event-generated rulers)
-Fixed Colonial Charters event to only apply to actual colonizers
-Changed the Knights' Maltese event to make it their accepted culture rather than primary culture
-Tons of changes to /history/:

>Switched several instances where a consort was a suo-jure ruler to be mere 'royal marriages' with the consort ruling her own state. E.G. Franche-Comte and Swabia; Turin and Savoy (Turin is now playable in 1054)
>Fixed historical mistake - Zahringens now properly rule Breisgau and Baden in 1054
>Habsburgs, Rheinfeldens, and Frohburgs all playable in the Aargau from 1054
>Made Solothurn switch to Canton in 1481 (minor)
>Cleaned up history in Deasmhumhain quite a bit, added birthdates and fixed mistake's in Paradox's parts
>added heirs and tweaked rule dates on several nations in 1248 (to minimize immediate succession wars)
>fixed dynasty mistakes in Nevers, and oversight where Mathilde de Bourbon existed twice in two different states
>added several Appanages for better balance and history - Landgraviate of Alsace is now always independent
>fixed oversight where from 1125-27 Transjurania was leaderless, it's now properly under Franche-Comte
>changed Monaco (prov and tag) to Nicard culture, changed names to French style
>Andechs duke's sister rules Franche-Comte independently right from the 1248 start
>added Schweinfurt as a playable county in 1054
>numerous dynasty naming convention changes: Salian are now Salier, the '-inger' states are now '-ing', Meinhardiner are now also Meinharding, starting rulers of Nordgau are properly Rapotonen, Cuman Terters now Terteroba, etc.
>added two new wars: the First Swabian Civil War where Stauferstadt is trying to claim Swabia from Rheinfelden's son (Staufers now only capture Swabia in 1090 when he dies); Second Swabian Civil War where Zahringers are trying to claim Swabia from Staufers
>added Lordship of Aosta as a vassal under Savoy from 1090 when they annex Turin to 1295
>added several ruler cultures in different theocracies, made the Swabian dukes of Spoleto culturally Swabian, Svarno of Lithuania now culturally a Ruthenian Orthodox
>Finally fixed the nonsensical naming convention of the House of Barcelona; it starts as 'de Barcelona' until they actually inherit Aragon and become 'd'Aragó'
>Changed names of pretty much all Prussian leaders to better reflect Old Prussian conventions

-cleaned up the whole Errors.log of various typos and oversights
-vast majority were in country histories, breaking some or all of certain countries' rulers
-some more serious ones broke entire events, e.g. important Ottoman flavor
-fixed some nonexistent triggers, improperly named trade goods, etc
-fixed some event modifiers to be up to date with 1.24

-Fixed a major bug where the Norman Conquest events couldn’t happen
-Tweaked the religious history of Grodno to be more consistent
-Fixed history inconsistencies between Erik in Denmark and Erik in Gotland
-Made it so France still gets permanent claims to France even if one doesn’t have MoH
-Made it so France switches to Feudal Monarchy if you launch without MoH
-Basic fix to all the Start Screen info, removing false statements and adding new info
-Attempted to finally fix the reformation waves:
-Jury-rigged proper RD values for variant start dates, e.g. start in 1172 and it will be at 90% already
-RD events give variable RD based on how many countries are in the world
-Early heresy wave MTTH dropped from 5000 to 500, balanced for low TAG count in regions
-Lutheran and Calvinist have wider reach and faster conversion than all other CoR heresies

It would be impossible to give an actual changelog for this update; in essence the entire mod was restarted from scratch. From now on logs will be kept however.
