Update for the 3.10.x patch.
It seems to be all working on my end, please report if something isn't ok for you.

Traits giving bonus xp to leaders have seen their bonus halved, in line with the vanilla traits (since the bonus were already small, 12% and 6%, halving makes sense, even if vanilla went 25% to 10% for their traits)..

Fixed the price of the Immune trait for slave buying. It was supposed to add 850 to the cost, not 8500.

Additional Traits has been updated for 3.6.*.

The traits United and Divided were slightly nerfed/buffed from 25% to 20%.
We got enough feedback to be willing to try a slightly weaker version of these traits.

The Servant job was fixed, pleasure seeker wasn't properly added to the job modifiers.
Also, in regard to the Servant job, the traits charismatic, robot domestic protocols and customized servitors gives now a stronger bonus.
The trait repugnant gives a stronger malus (in the hotfix which I'll deploy in two minutes).

Additional Traits has been updated for 3.5.

- Bug fix for Pioneers/Rooted.

- Since this patch, new pop chance to be chosen to grow are influenced by planetary designation and some buildings. For example, a fortress world will weight in favor of Zealous Defenders but in defavor of Weak Willed pop.
It's been applied to all pops where it made sense, considering the way it's been done on vanilla files.

- The Influential *modifier* for robots had no localisation file. I updated all languages using deepl, not wishing to bother people just for one line. Of course, corrections are welcome if the current text isn't natural-looking.
