Fixed ammo chip spawning
Fixed Weapon deployment
Fixed ammo chip collision
Fixed lap tracking
Fixed vehicle movement

There were more fixes at a more fundamental level, to get the systems back up and running after lots of new TTS changes that broke old code.

dzikakulka managed to get it back up and running, then I went through and fixed the above bugs to get it back to a fully playable state again.

Sorry it took so long, I got side tracked with lots of other games.

It seems I had the steering wheel model hosted at a bad location... I have moved it to steam cloud hosting.. This should solve that problem

1.03 - fixed something that broke with the latest TTS patch.

Adjusted color references to match the actual TTS player colors.

Removed a debug text that would notify the host when someone was at grey position.

• Raised the height of the game mode selector so that the fireworks don't get stuck inside causing lots of noise

• Disabled the ability to pick a new racer, once you have finished the race

• Added a 2 second delay in switching vehicles

• i think i got rid of most of the noise during countdown .. finally! It turns out that having them separate from each other is super noisy, but having them collide... isn't (or when it is, it isn't as much). Go figure.
