Created a much more interesting and in depth method to get the Wind Strider. I will update the forun post for those that need a little help.

Added location: Waterfall Shack

<WARNING> I have no idea what will happen to those that already have the mod installed your airship should be fine but there might be a small collection of items in black reach. If this happens I can make cleanup button to fix the issue

Hid the fast travel marker in Dawnstar from showing when the boat is not there.
